I bought my son a 98 PW50, I put the Throttle screw in it to dial it back. But now it won't move, I have to push it pretty good but then it takes off and goes way to fast. Pretty much the bike was a big waste of money at this point, I need some help. As far as I can tell the washer is out of the pipe. I was told the bike was rebuilt when I bought it. Any Ideas would be great. thought it was going to be a great B-gift......
