Can anybody please help me. Purchased a PW50 for sons 4th Birthday and having problems getting it to run with power. Done all the necessary, new oil, changed filter, new bearings, new exhaust gasket, cleaned carb, exhaust etc. The bike itself starts first time but has no power even on the stand, when you turn off the fuel supply it will then have plenty of power until it runs out of fuel. Can anybody shine any light of where I can go next with this.

Could be a number of reasons... What do you mean by "no power"? Does it rev up at all?
You do know the difference between the "Start" and "Run" position on the throttle grip right?
But if you really get power when closing the fuel tap, it is for sure a fuel-related problem. It gets to much gas. Verify it by reading your spark. If it's wet/smelling of gas, you are way rich. - Remove the the top lid on the carb (where the throttle and choke cable enters the carb) and make sure the choke plunger isn't stuck. It should move when you pull the choke handle. Make sure that you have a little play in the wire so you can make sure it seats properly in the bottom of its bore. - Does the carb overflow? The valve controlling the flow of gas to the float bowl might leak or be stuck or worn out. - Clogged air filter? - Did you clean the inside of exhaust and spark arrestor? Might be clogged by carbon build-up.
As I said, could be a number of reasons...
