pw80 clutch or gear drive issue

Looking for help with 2003 PW80 . In first gear bike now has issue with drive gear/clutch surging a quarter turn at idle.
Bike runs fine under load, doesnt do it in neutral only when in first gear at idle???
Any help would be great. Took off drive gear cover looks fine, little slop but nothing major.

What is the condition and amount of your gearbox oil?
Is your idle too high?

Hi i am looking for a big bore cylinder for my pw80, if anyone has any info on where to buy one used or new please email [e-mail]. I know they sold alluminum cylinders a long time ago, they run 10 times better the cast iron, thanks for your help guys.
