Hi guys...
Bought my son a PW50 2004 for xmas and he's used it about 6 times now - he loves it.
Got back on it yesterday after about 1 month off it. He was riding for about 1 hour solid in the wet and mud, so the bike was hot. He came out of a corner opened the throttle and it bogged, would not rev clear just spluttering then cut-out. I pushed it back, let it cool for 5 minutes, started it, then it ran fine, no problems.....and off he went again..
any ideas?
Does this happen when they get too hot?
Anything I should look for?

I hace seen a few time on full size bikes that ignition coils that can fail when hot, a good bike shop will have a special suitcase tool to check these under load, if not just try a new one.

All 2 strokes don't like heat and will have a loss of power issues when the temp gets up there. Did you fix the problem?
