Wanna go fast ? Put a cylinder and piston from the 60cc Yamaha three wheeler on the pee-wee. It will bolt right on, use the stock head, shave the big fins down to pee-wee size. I use a ban saw then a file. I also use a band saw to cut the pee-wee numbers out and weld to the 60cc cylinder after I dremel the serial stamp off of the 60cc cylinder..finish is off with some good old rattle can paint. Don't touch the jetting, a little fiddling with the air screw is necessary during winter or it will be hard starting. It's the extra ports and port shape is what gives you the power more than the extra 10cc. does. An automotive exhaust flanging tool can open the exhaust pipe up a little ( do about a 16th all around) and still leave the full baffle in, the leakage will do the job. A little hogging out of the header part of the pipe helps also. If you really want to go nuts there are people that make 36 tooth gears to replace the 33. And YES it will fit, the teeth are skinnier and the contact point is moved, that changes the over all gearing. A pee-wee that is geared up will accelerate faster then one at is geared down, they take the same time to achieve X-rpm regardless of the gearing. I have used radar guns and dynos to find all this out over the years. The 60cc cylinder seems to last forever, and no it doesn't overheat. Leave the oil pump hooked up, I have had so many bikes brought to me because of self mixing. There are also ignition mods but then you are into a lot of money. As for the front suspension..I have seen people take the slugs out and put longer springs in, they do some machining on it , they claim it works, I am not sure, I have never tried it. Just thought I'd mention it. If you just do the 60cc three wheeler cylinder thing you will have all the speed you need, it will be very stealth and the piston (stock piston for the 60cc three wheeler) will fit perfect from the factory. No boring, no porting,no milling, no worrying about bore size/piston replacement. And of coarse this will only be used for trail right ? Yeah, that's the ticket.
