old pw, new plastics mouldings?

I have just bought an old pw50, not sure how old but it is red and white, so am assuming its an early one. I am wondering if the plastic guards tank etc are interchangable, i want to make an old bike look new in other words.

Any help on this would be appreciated.

pw's are the same since 81. new plastic should mount right up.
