. Guys, Some people really let bikes become run down and neglected don't they? Below is a shot of the clutch I pulled out of the PW80 I am rebuilding. The rest of the gearbox was pretty similar, thankfully the crank has escaped the rust. Externally the whole bike was also neglected badly. Rusty forks and front wheel, oil/dirt all over the engine. Plastics cracked and brittle, etc. I got it real cheap ($Aus50 with the Owners Manual), but I was still in two minds whether or not to bother rebuilding it. In the end I went with it. I enjoy a challenge! I've repaired/replaced everything I need to inside the cases, so the gearbox is now fine. I just wanted to show you how bad it was! Greg

Note the condition of the clutch plate with the arrow pointing to it. There are barely any grooves left in it.
BTW, the gearbox was almost empty and what little liquid that was in there looked like chocolate milk.
Absolutely disgraceful!
