Do not buy this set! And be cautioned with customer service because they didn’t know what they were selling. Its advertised as Complete for Left and Right...its actually 2 pieces for the Left (3PT-23110-00-00). The right side is not sold individually because it’s not meant to be serviceable and only sold as a complete unit (3PT-23103-00-35). Before ordering I called on 2 different occasions and emailed asking about this because its advertised as complete for both sides which they confirmed it was. So I ordered and it arrived quickly. I replaced the Left side with no issues but when working on the right I see they sent the same piece for the right which is not correct and a different tube. I called them to notify them of the mistake thinking they mistakenly sent 2 left sides and to ask for the right and they said they don’t carry the right. They told me I could send it back for refund of ½ the cost of the parts. ($79.95) I asked for refund of the shipping as well because they made a mistake sending me the incorrect parts and I didn’t need 2 left sides. Emailed back that because I kept one of the parts that they will not charge me the restocking fee. They stated they would not refund shipping because of policy. I feel I have given them multiple emails and telephone calls to be fair. As well they are still taking orders for this product.
