Hello! As everyone knows, the front and rear suspension of the PW80 is ridiculously soft...even for an 8 year old. I just purchased a Black Dragon shock from PW Only which I am super impressed by. Today I replaced the fork oil with 15wt and I cut several size spacers out of 1/2" PVC pipe to experiment with getting more tension on the stock springs. My question is does anyone have any suggestions for sag specs for a PW80?
I know the rules of thumb for an adult motocross bike but I don't what they are for a kid's dirt bike. Generally you determine the "race sag" first which is the rear sag based on the difference between with and without the rider. Then you dial in the "static sag" which is the weight of the bike only. Once you do this for the rear you then do it for the front.
By the way, this is for my son (who is like 75 lbs)...this isn't being set up as pit bike. Thanks!

P.S. - I have read on several forums about making fork spring spacers out of 1/2" PVC pipe. I just tried and I can tell you that size is a little too big. Perhaps that works on a TT-R90 but it absolutely doesn't work on a PW80.
