I have a pw50 its an 02 bought it used but have had issues with power. Took the carb apart and cleaned it but still lacks power when going up hills. When you give it gas it just dies and I have played with the Idle and Air screw also checked the gaskets and piston cleaned carbon build up also removed the restrictor from exhaust and changed the spark plug but it still does not have power. My son weighs about 40lbs so the machine should have no problems moving the weight. Before I buy anything does anybody have a tricks that might help with this problem? My son loves this bike but has not been able to ride it for awhile due to the issue and im at the point of giving up on it.

Ok spent another day checking everything I could. Spark is great,(Shocked the crap out of myself) decided to run mixed gas again and cleaned exhaust very well. Finnaly got Idle and air screw corrected and found no compression leeks on the bike. Unfortunelty still having an issue of top end power being lost. Should I have it bored out and replace gaskets just in case? Or anybody have any better ideas? The only other thing I can think of is the needle/jet position is causing it to flood when to much wrist/gas is applied.
