hey guys i'm new here, but have been reading some pw50 post for some time. i just bought my daugther a pw 50, everything seem ok except for a little knoking, so got the bike home started it when around the block whit it got in the yard and got the little girl to wash here frist bike just like dady does it. and since that wash it wont start. i notice that the air box was detach from the pipe going to the carb. so i open the carb clean it the best i could and still nothing. the choke cable sticking in the carb body. its a 1992 and the guy toll me the oil pump is still working any sugestion ? tnx

found my problem after cleaning carb 3 time, air box and intake port. sound stupid, but the bike won't start on sart i found it will only start in the middle of start and run.

i know that the stop run start switch is very finicky and if you get those 3 connectors wet your bike wont start try taking the connections apart and drying them out, also if the air box was off the carb and possible water got in try draining the carb..if you turn your fuel petthingy on and undo the screw at the bottom of carb and let some fuel drain out it will most likely take the water with it and anything else in your bowl.. if this dont work check your spark plug and every other connections for water..
