My PW will not rev past 1/4 to 1/2 throttle. It has new reeds, carb has been cleaned out. It was running fine then started to bog and miss when trying to give it gas. It starts and idles perfect but as soon as you get past partial throttle it starts missing like it's loaded up?  Any ideas? ?? thanks Walt |

I had a similar issue and found that the carb was not on the intake of the cylinder all the way. Make sure the carb is fully pushed up the intake, there is a white plastic piece on the intake. If any of it is exposed the carb is not on correct and can cause issues for you.

switch on start and run going bad
un plug wires under seat and see if it will rev out

I'm having nearly the same problem. I bought it lastnight and it ran perfect. I started it this morning it ran perfect. I washed it this afternoon and now it's choking. It idles fine for about 3min then dies. When I turn the throttle it loads up and bogs until I let off then idles again?? Did I get something wet that I cannot see?? I looked in air box, no water.... Help!

Mine was the same. Adjusted the autolube cable took up slack, pilot screw 1 3/8 turns out, adjusted the air screw. Spot on.
