Hello everyone. I just bought a 98 PW50. The things seems to run fine if the bowl is empty and fills but after about a min it has no throttle response at all. Its like it totally flooding itself out. There is no restrictor at the exhaust pipe as that has been removed. I pulled the carb and checked all the parts and they looked great. The carb was really clean as well. Someone told me to take exhaust off and burn off the carbon. How do you go about doing that? or is there something else I should be looking into. Was going to try to set the needle height as well. Just not for sure where to go from here. Starting to get really frustrated with this little thing not to mention so is my son. the bike starts right up on the first kick most of the time too and will idle just fine. Any help you guys can give me will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Had this in a different 2t bike, float level adjustment and some vaso around the float needle fixed this for the interim, (please note there was many adjustments made not all done in the 1 go), in the end I brought a new carbi. after the float needle, needle seat and echelon tube was past its used by date.
